STUSU Launches #MORE THAN TUITION Campaign

FREDERICTON, NB - The St. Thomas University Students’ Union is officially launching the More than Tuition Campaign.

The campaign is divided into two (2) phases; with phase one starting in June 2022 and phase two on the first of September. The campaign will conclude during the Advocacy Week in November 2022.

The main objective of the campaign is to dismiss the assumption that tuition accounts for the majority of the costs associated with post-secondary education by effectively highlighting other significant student expenses in order to raise awareness about the real cost of post-secondary education.

The campaign will take place both virtually and in person when classes resume in the Fall.

Alongside the campaign, the STUSU will remain committed to our advocacy positions and continue to raise awareness on student issues provincially and federally.

The St. Thomas University Students’ Union (STUSU) was established over 75 years ago and represents the interests of all students at St. Thomas University.
