OUR ADVOCACY PARTNERS

THE NEW BRUNSWICK STUDENT ALLIANCE

The STUSU, along with two Students’ Union across NB are members of the New Brunswick Student Alliance (NBSA). Together we represent the largest student body in the pronvince and advocate to the provincial government, the university administration, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of their members.

You can join a committee and work alongside the NBSA! You can join the Marketing, Membership, Organizational Management, or Advocacy committees. The Advocacy committees will be divided into three groups based on the policies the NBSA work on the year. For 2024/2025, the NBSA is focusing on Affordability, Experiential Learning, and Mental Health.

CANADIAN ALLIANCE OF STUDENT ASSOCIATIONS

The STUSU is a member of the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA), which advocates to the federal government and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of their members. CASA represents undergraduate, graduate and polytechnic students from coast to coast.
