The management of the Students’ Union finances is entrusted largely to the Finance Committee under the chairmanship of the Vice President Administration. Off-Campus budgets, Grad-Class Committee, Welcome Week, and emergency bursaries are generally handled outside of Finance Committee control. As per the By-laws and Constitution, final signing authority for all expenditures (except for Grad-Class) is entrusted with the President, Vice President Administration and General Manager.
