SafeRide

(formerly SafeWheels)

Your night class is over, and it’s too cold or too far to walk.

Step outside of James Dunn Hall, the SUB, or Head Hall lobbies, and look for the SafeRide van!  SafeRide is a free taxi service offered in the evenings to students travelling within the service area  (You will need your STU ID card.)

The service operates Monday to Friday from 6pm to 12am, and Sundays from 2pm to 12am during the regular school year.  Some trips may take longer than others,  so you may have a few minutes wait.

If you experience a wait time longer than 20 minutes, please inform your Vice President Student Life, Nicole Pozer, at su_vpsl@stu.ca.
