Safe Walk is provided by the STU campus police. It is available for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the university. If you feel unsafe walking alone at night, a pair of STU campus police members will be happy to walk with you (each pair of campus police members will have one male and one female).
Safe Walk is available from 9pm to 2:30am Friday and Saturday (see Safe Wheels for a safe way to get home from Sunday to Thursday).

The gym on campus (J.B O’Keefe Centre) is free to all STU students with a valid student ID card.
Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-9:30pm, Friday: 6:30am-7:30pm, Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm, Sunday: 10:00am-7:00pm
The STUdent Employment Centre in Edmund Casey Hall is a resource for students looking for part-time jobs, summer jobs, or a career after graduation. Counselling Services provide professional, confidential counselling to all STU and UNB students. More information can be found at their website.
The Heath Clinic is open Monday to Friday and is located in the CC Jones Student Services Centre on the UNB campus (check the campus map for directions). Remember to bring your student ID card, provincial health card (Canadian students) or alternate insurance information (international students).
Every student is entitled to receive 2 hours of peer tutoring per week at no cost.
The writing centre is a free service located in Room 102 of Edmund Casey Hall. Book an appointment with a graduate student to proofread your paper, or get tips to improve your writing skills.
