CASA Membership Review

A vote will be taking place later this semester on whether or not the Students’ Union will remain a Full Member within the Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA), or if it will become an Associate Member. Students interested in issues surrounding external advocacy are therefore encouraged to learn more about this vote by contacting their elected representatives or the Vice President Education, Craig Mazerolle (su_vped@stu.ca).

Students should also be aware that there will also be a public event held Wednesday, Feb. 15th from 7-8 pm in BMH 103. While this event will be mainly geared towards Students’ Union representatives, members of the general student body are also encouraged to come out and ask questions about the up-coming vote.
